Who are we?

Fire Safety & Compliance NI are a team of accredited fire risk and life safety assessors, headed up by Stewart Osborne, BA (Hons) GIFireE.


What do we do?

Fire Safety & Compliance NI offer a comprehensive range of fire safety services, equipment and advice to businesses and organisations right across Northern Ireland.

We cover everything from Fire Risk Assessments and fire safety training, to fire alarms and fire extinguishers; from signage and smoke vents, to emergency lighting, electrical and PAT testing, and passive fire stopping; from fire doors, to dry and wet risers, and DSEAR assessments.

This means that we’re able to help every sort of organisation meet their fire safety and Health & Safety compliance requirements, conveniently and without the headache and hassle of contracting and managing a number of disparate suppliers.


Who do we do it for?

In short, we work with anyone in charge of premises for whichfire safety and Health & Safety legislations apply. These include offices, factories, schools, businesses, retailers, theatres, hotels, guest-houses, care-homes, cinemas, houses of multiple occupancy (HMOs), filling stations, fuel oil suppliers, cafés, restaurants, nurseries, pubs, and places of worship… pretty much any buildings other than private residential dwellings.

So, perhaps you own or manage an established organisation with existing and on-going fire safety and compliance needs, we can help here.

Maybe you’re in charge of a house of multiple occupancy (HMO) with all its associated fire safety requirements, we can provide you with a fully-managed service.
